The body
is the repository of beliefs, feelings and many of life's experiences.

fundamental well being. Through conscious and deep breathing in a series
of Hatha yoga postures one learns to move the energy and awaken the healing
life force. This dislodges negative experiences from the body allowing
the life force to once again flow unencumbered. Tom teaches various levels
of a synergistic flow of postures suitable for every life style and every
