Soul of Yoga offers the essence, or raja (complete) approach to hatha yoga, facilitating holistic health and spiritual healing.  We offer yoga classes for every level of student as well as programs for spiritual study and growth.

Our intention is that every time you practice yoga at the Soul Center you feel safe, calm and happy and connect with the Divine Presence within you.

Helping you develop a sweet, personal relationship and "union" with this Loving Presence is the essence of the Soul of Yoga.

In addition to yoga classes, Soul of Yoga offerings include the Sundara College Yoga Teacher Training Program, Sundara College Yoga Spiritual Studies, private yoga instruction, restorative yoga with crystal bowls, spiritual counseling, chanting, kirtan, meditation, and prenatal and postnatal (Mommy and Me) yoga. Soul of Yoga serves San Diego, La Jolla, Del Mar, Cardiff, Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos and Escondido areas. Reverends Tom Kelly and Trisha Kelly are also San Diego wedding officiants.
