Real yoga---stretch, breathe and relax with your baby in this beautiful

community-building class, where you can interact with other new parents. 

Practicing yoga with your little one helps improve posture, flexibility,

strength and endurance, contributes to mental and emotional well-being,

and ward off postpartum blues. The baby exercises encourage

little muscles to develop and grow. 


Every Thursday 12:30-1:30 pm
